The hotel rooms were a bit cold with no portable heater available, and the bathroom seemed a bit old. The breakfast was understocked, overcooked, and cold, lacking a private cubicle with seating for disabled use. However, the check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel's location was convenient near the M6 but appeared somewhat unkempt in certain areas. The dining experience was average with self-service options and could have been better coordinated, although there were some good dishes available.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's interior which was lovely. The rooms were tranquil, but unfortunately, there was a constant droning on the roof all night that disrupted my sleep. Waiting beyond check-in time for our rooms was a bit inconvenient. The rooms were also much too hot for comfortable sleeping.

The hotel offers a nice stay with spacious rooms and friendly service. The location is great for exploring the surrounding areas, although a bit far from the town center. The dining options are good with hot and tasty dishes available at a reasonable price.
